Job description

As a Bank Clinical Nurse Advisor, you'll have the flexibility to choose shifts that work for you, while supporting frontline staff and patients through training, clinical audits, and product expertise.

About the Role: As part of our client's Clinical Nurse Advisor team, you'll help ensure the highest standards of patient care and staff support across Barts NHS Trust sites. You'll play a vital role in delivering training, audits, surveys, and on-site support, while maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver staff training and ward-based support to NHS teams.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of clinical products (full training provided).
  • Assist with staff and patient surveys, clinical audits, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement through feedback, insights, and best practice sharing.

What We're Looking For
  • NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) - valid registration required.
  • Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and patient focus.
  • Excellent communication, IT, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience in staff training and implementing clinical protocols is desirable.
