Job responsibilities

The Role

As a Clinical Nurse Advisor, youll play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care and support across the UK and Ireland. This is a field-based role where youll work independently and as part of a wider clinical team.

What youll do:

Provide education, clinical support, and care to patients, carers, and families in homes or other settings.

Deliver high-quality patient programmes in line with service operating procedures.

Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across clinics, hospitals, and community sites.

Support audits, feedback, and service reviews.

Travel monthly to run a clinic in Northern Ireland.
