Job summary

CYGNET Woodrowe House in the UK is seeking a HCPC registered Clinical/Neuropsychologist to provide expert psychology and neuropsychology services within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, formulate and plan interventions for complex mental health needs, and drive service development.

You will supervise assistants, contribute to CPD and use outcome data to inform care quality and performance. A trauma-informed approach and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered clinical/neuropsychologist.
• Trauma-informed care experience.
• Experience with complex mental health needs.
• Ability to supervise Assistants and APDP trainees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex psychological and neuropsychological assessments and formulations.
• Lead on service planning, governance and outcome measures.
• Coordinate MDT assessments and joint care planning.
• Provide supervision and reflective practice for staff.
