Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor with:

1. Experience leading or managing a clinical negligence team.
2. A strong track record in running a variety of clinical negligence cases.
3. The ability to motivate, coach, and support team members.
4. A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how to drive team performance.
5. Excellent client care skills and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
6. Tech-savvy—able to use legal technology to enhance efficiency and case management.
