Clinical Negligence Team Leader

This company is looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Team Leader who will play a crucial role in maintaining their excellent reputation and delivering outstanding service to their clients.

As a Clinical Negligence Team Leader, you'll take on significant responsibilities and have the opportunity to shape your team's operations and practices. You'll report directly to the Head of Department whilst managing your team and ensuring quality and consistency across all activities. The successful candidate will need to be a Grade B Clinical Negligence Solicitor/CILEX with at least 3 years PQE. It's crucial that you have a minimum of six months experience supervising or managing a team as it's important you're able to delegate tasks and have demonstrable experience of supporting other team members.
