Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate in Chesterfield. This role offers the opportunity to handle a challenging and rewarding caseload of Clinical Negligence cases, acting for clients such as NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, the MDU, independent providers, and medical malpractice insurers.

The successful candidate will join a leading UK/international firm with a strong presence in Insurance, Health, and Real Estate sectors. The firm represents a diverse client base, including top UK and global insurers, government departments, and NHS bodies, with a proven track record in complex medical claims.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in Clinical Negligence work (either Defendant or Claimant), and be ambitious and conscientious. Candidates with backgrounds in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, or Insurance law who are interested in moving into Clinical Risk work are also encouraged to apply.
