We are recruiting for a UK-leading Defendant Clinical Negligence team, with new roles available in Chester. These positions offer the chance to handle a challenging and rewarding caseload of Clinical Negligence work, including cases for:

• NHS Resolution
• various NHS Trust clients
• the MDU
• independent providers
• medical malpractice insurers

Join a leading firm with expertise in Insurance, Health, and Real Estate, representing clients from household names to government departments and NHS bodies, and working with top UK and global insurers. The Clinical Risk practice handles complex claims across all medical specialisms.

Ideal candidates will:

• have some experience in Clinical Negligence (Defendant or Claimant)
• be ambitious and conscientious
• be interested in moving into Clinical Risk work, even if coming from Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, or Insurance law backgrounds
