Our client is an award-winning firm offering a range of legal services throughout England and Wales, providing a full range of legal services to individuals and businesses.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a (NQ to 2 Years PQE) Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing Clinical Negligence Department. This role provides an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or junior lawyer looking to develop expertise in this complex and highly rewarding area of law.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims under supervision.
2. Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal submissions.
3. Reviewing medical records and liaising with medical experts.
4. Advising clients on legal issues and case progress.
5. Attending settlement meetings, mediations, and court hearings where appropriate.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE) or CILEX Lawyer.
2. Experience in clinical negligence is preferred, but candidates with general litigation experience and a keen interest in medical negligence will also be considered.
3. Strong analytical, research, and case management skills.
4. Excellent communication and client care abilities.
5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple cases.
