Job description

My client is one of the leading national private practice firms in the United Kingdom with an excellent reputation within the clinical negligence sector. Widely regarded as the go-to provider of legal services in this area, there are up to 3 solicitor vacancies available within the Leeds office of this market-leading team as a result of rapid growth and an influx of instructions from prominent healthcare sector clients.

For any current clinical negligence solicitors that are interested in this role, my client is prepared to consider candidates with either claimant or defendant experience. The role itself is working on defendant matters, but my client is very open to speaking with candidates who have excellent skills within the sector, regardless of which side they have previously worked on. This role is also open to solicitors who have experience in personal injury, civil litigation, or insurance law, as my client is prepared to retrain and develop any such candidates if they have the desire for further learning and development.

My client can offer a very attractive level of flexibility as candidates looking for greater amounts of homework and part-time work will be considered. In addition to regular pay reviews, private medical insurance, a good pension scheme, regular social events, and a bonus scheme based not solely on financial performance, candidates who are successful in applying for this role can expect to join a forward-thinking law firm that puts employee well-being and development at the heart of its existence.
