Clayton Legal seeks an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its established team in Lancashire. You will take responsibility for an existing caseload, handling cases from inception through settlement or trial, and contributing to a busy, supportive department.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a clinical negligence caseload from inception to settlement or trial.
• Strong knowledge of clinical negligence law and procedures.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
• Handle cases of varying complexity and work on a broad range of matters.
• Participate in the department's rota for new enquiries and instructions.
