Capio Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor for a Liverpool hybrid role. You will manage an established caseload focusing on multi-million-pound catastrophic injury claims, joining a large specialist department with strong leadership and a collaborative culture.

Role offers immediate exposure to high-value files, with flexible/hybrid working, a comprehensive bonus scheme and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with claimant clinical negligence experience.
• Ideally 5+ years' PQE.
• Experience handling high-value or catastrophic injury claims.
• Litigation experience through trial or mediations.

Responsabilités

• Lead on a dedicated caseload of complex, high-value, catastrophic claimant clinical negligence files with immediate exposure to demanding instructions.
• Formulate bespoke litigation strategies and conduct investigations into liability, causation and quantum.
• Instruct and work alongside leading Counsel, medical experts and rehabilitation specialists.
• Support and guide junior solicitors, trainees and paralegals across the team, providing supervisory experience.
