Job Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Defendant) - Birmingham

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join a Top 50 law firm in Birmingham. The role offers a competitive salary, flexible/hybrid working options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a busy and varied clinical negligence caseload.
  2. Engage directly with clients from day one, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  3. Utilize NHS Resolution clinical experience, if applicable.
  4. Work effectively within a team and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years PQE gained with a leading law firm.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
  • EU work permit required.
