Clinical Negligence Solicitor | Central London | £45-£48K DOE | Hybrid

A multi award winning, top ranked and top tier Chambers and Legal 200 firm are looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with at least 1 year’ experience to join their expanding clinical negligence department.

This firm was built based on its core values of helping individuals to have access to justice and fight injustice. They have represented ordinary people for over four decades and a wide range of lawyers that speak multiple . In this role, you will be working as part of key enquiry into mental health deaths.

The Role

  • Lead and support inquests, psychiatric and fatal cases
  • Handle claims involving Human Rights Act issues
  • Work closely with Senior Solicitors on complex clinical negligence matters
  • Engage directly with bereaved families, experts and other stakeholders
  • Draft pleadings, submissions and witness statements

About You

  • 1–4 years PQE in clinical negligence or related fields
  • Proven experience of inquests and representation in psychiatric/fatal cases
  • Strong technical understanding of clinical negligence
  • A genuine passion for access to justice and client-focused casework
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy and interpersonal skills
