eNL's Bristol office is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to handle high-value birth injury claims and complex clinical negligence matters, taking ownership and developing client relationships.

With 4+ years PQE, you will mentor junior lawyers, drive business development, and contribute to the growth of the specialist team, in a role offering hybrid working and competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in clinical negligence
• Proven track record in high-value birth injury litigation
• Experience managing complex clinical negligence matters
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills
• Ability to take ownership, exercise judgment and manage priorities
• Experience coaching/mentoring junior lawyers
• Commercial mindset with understanding of financial performance and BD

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value birth injury litigation and complex clinical negligence matters.
• Build and strengthen client relationships and manage expectations around options, risks and timelines.
• Take ownership of cases and ensure progress to high standards.
• Provide clear, practical, empathetic advice to clients throughout the claims process.
• Support, coach or mentor junior lawyers as part of the team.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the team.
