Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate - Cardiff

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join an award winning national UK law firm in their growing Cardiff office. This role offers the chance to work on high-value, complex cases, acting for a range of defendant clients, including NHS Resolution.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Handling a broad range of defendant clinical negligence claims.
  • Managing your own caseload, including supporting on high-value matters.
  • Mentoring and delegation to junior fee earners where appropriate.
  • Engaging in business development, including training programs and seminars both in-person and online.
Candidate Requirements
  • A mininium of 2 years PQE with technical expertise in clinical negligence matters
  • Defendant experience is essential
  • Experience in inquests or healthcare advisory work is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
  • Solid IT skills and familiarity with case management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills
