Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 1+ years’ PQE, Manchester, To c£48,000 - National law firm requires an additional Solicitor to handle defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of healthcare clients. Potential for remote working.

JOB TITLE:

Clinical Negligence Solicitor

PQE:

At least 1 years’ PQE

LOCATION:

Manchester / remote


THE ROLE:

Joining this nationally regarded team, you will take responsibility for a caseload of a wide variety of defendant Clinical Negligence matters. As well as your own files, you will also assist senior clinical negligence solicitors on more complex claims and will be liaising with clients at all stages of the case. In addition, you will get involved with running seminars and training for clients and have the opportunity to go on secondments to client sites.


THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 12 months’ PQE as a clinical negligence solicitor within the defendant healthcare sector and have handled a range of clinical negligence matters. You will be adept and confident in advising healthcare professionals of all levels with regards to ongoing claims, working both independently and as part of a larger team.
