Clinical Negligence Solicitor, NQ-4 PQE, £40,000+, West Midlands

Join a reputable firm seeking to recruit two permanent, full-time Clinical Negligence Fee Earners to their busy team. The role is primarily based in the West Midlands with some travel to other sites. It involves handling all aspects of claimant clinical negligence cases, suitable for newly qualified solicitors with up to 4 years PQE.

The clinical negligence team covers cases such as:

1. Birth Injury
2. Gynaecological Negligence
3. Brain and Spinal Injuries
4. Cancer Claims
5. Fatal Cases/Inquests
6. Eye Injury Claims
7. Vascular and Cardiac Claims
