As part of the growing Clinical Negligence practice, you'll work on defendant Clinical Negligence and Health Litigation cases, collaborating with leading lawyers and managing your own caseload.

Key clients include NHS Resolution, MDU, private healthcare providers, and medical malpractice insurers.

The Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 0–5 years PQE
• Experience in Clinical Negligence, personal injury, insurance litigation, or civil claims
• Experience with NHS Resolution or MDO clients is desirable but not essential
• Excellent technical and organisational skills
• Solutions-focused and commercially minded
• Ability to handle straightforward and complex cases confidently
• Strong client relationship skills
• Collaborative with mentoring abilities
