Qualifications

• 2-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in clinical negligence.

Legal 500 firm in Reading seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join their specialist team.

Title: Clinical Negligence Solicitor - 2-6 PQE
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Reading, largely hybrid working

You will assist senior members of the team on complex, high-value claims involving cerebral palsy, birth injury, cauda equina syndrome and other serious conditions, while also managing your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters independently. Your cases will typically be valued at £50,000 and above and involve a wide range of medical treatment issues.
