This is a fantastic opportunity for a 3-5 PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-established and respected top-tier team. The role offers the chance to work closely with leading lawyers in the field, including award-winning specialists, and develop your expertise in complex clinical negligence claims.

You’ll have your own caseload from day one, alongside the opportunity to assist on higher-value cases as you settle in. The team is known for its exceptional training and development, making it a great place to grow your career while benefiting from strong mentorship and ongoing support.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3-5 years’ PQE in clinical negligence – must have prior experience handling claims independently.
2. Proven ability to manage a caseload of cases up to £250K (or £50-100K for those at Grade C level).
3. Strong advocacy skills, with confidence in representing clients in court and at mediation sessions.
4. Keen interest in business development, with knowledge of regional markets (desirable).
5. Organised and proactive approach, with excellent client care and communication skills.
6. Committed to office collaboration, ideally working three days per week in Manchester.

Salary & Benefits

1. Salary up to £53K, at the mid-to-top end of the market.
2. Hybrid working – two days WFH, with an expectation of at least three office-based days per week.
