William James Recruitment is recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive for a Liverpool-based role within a Legal 500 ranked team.

You will run your own caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, draft a wide range of documents, and progress complex cases from inception to conclusion, with hybrid and flexible working and a competitive annual bonus.

Qualificações

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Clinical Negligence experience.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage a varied workload.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in Clinical Negligence work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
