ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor in London for a 0–3 years' PQE. You will handle a varied caseload of pre-issue and litigated claims, providing sensitive and high quality advice to clients throughout the process after poor medical treatment.

You will handle a varied caseload of pre-issue and litigated claims under supervision, providing sensitive and high quality advice to clients throughout what can often be a challenging and emotional process. Your responsibilities will include drafting witness statements, instructing medical experts, reviewing medical reports, advising clients, instructing and liaising with Counsel, attending conferences and working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and maintain strong client relationships. You will also contribute to business development and the continued growth of the Clinical Negligence practice.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 0–3 Years' PQE and ideally have some experience of clinical negligence work, although candidates with relevant litigation experience and a genuine desire to specialise in this area are encouraged to apply. Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet litigation deadlines.
