Are you a proactive and passionate Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to shape the future of your practice? This firm is developing its Clinical Negligence team and is seeking talented individuals to join them on that journey.

Who we’re looking for
  • A qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence (or strong transferrable litigation skills)
  • Confident managing a caseload from start to finish (roughly 30–40 files)
  • Strong client care focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Able to contribute to departmental marketing and growth
  • Familiarity with case management systems is desirable but not essential
