The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading, Legal 500 firm offering specialist quality legal advice for Serious Injury and Clinical Negligence. The firm is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality work.

The Clinical Negligence team is dedicated to securing justice for adults and children who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopaedic issues. The department have a strong track record of representing clients with life-altering injuries, working proactively to secure compensation they need as early as possible.

The firm are now seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor. The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including a proven track record of dealing with complex Clinical Negligence work, including litigated multi-track cases.

The Candidate

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE)
• Minimum of 2 years experience working on complex, multi-track cases
• Experience of working on a Litigated caseload
• Supervision experience is desirable
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent client care skills
