Qualifications

• Plus de 4 ans PQE avec expérience en négligence clinique ou en dommage corporel complexe.
• Réussite avérée dans la facturation en matière de négligence médicale.
• Compétences en gestion de dossiers variés liés à des blessures cérébrales et à des cas de diagnostic erroné.

Responsibilities

• Gérer un portefeuille de réclamations Multi-Track sur des problèmes de négligence médicale.
• Évaluer des réclamations, négocier des règlements pour le meilleur résultat client.
• Participer activement à la planification départementale et aux initiatives de développement commercial.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a caseload of Multi-Track claims, dealing with a range of medical negligence issues.
• Assess potential claims, liaise with experts, and negotiate settlements to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Maintain a high standard of work in all matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
• Play an active role in departmental planning and business development initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury
• Experience managing a wide variety of Clinical Negligence files, including but not limited to brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis, and general medical negligence.
• A successful track record of billing in Medical/Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury matters.
