The role...
Our paralegals work across all areas of cases including liability investigations, medical record review, instructing experts and Counsel, client and witness meetings, legal research, disclosure preparation, court attendance and much more.
Working both independently and as part of a team, they produce high-quality work, utilising case management systems, Word, and Excel.
Who we are looking for...
We're really keen to hear from ambitious paralegals who want to fast-track their career. We are looking for paralegals with knowledge of personal injury/clinical negligence claims and the law applicable to the role, together with familiarity with Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and funding within the personal injury/clinical negligence field.
With the ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet deadlines, and excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, we are looking for team players who are passionate about providing exceptional client care. Proficiency in IT applications and competence in using electronic case management systems is key to success in this team.
