CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE PARALEGAL, AT LEAST 12 MONTHS’ EXPERIENCE, LINCOLNSHIRE, UP TO £26,000 - Well established Lincolnshire law firm offering great opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop their career in clinical negligence matters. JOB REF: MD0622
OVERVIEW:

• Applications are sought from Paralegals and Legal Assistants with at least 12 months' experience working within a clinical negligence department assisting solicitors on a range of cases.

• You will be working closely with a senior colleagues assisting on clinical negligence matters and you can expect full training to be provided in order for you to take on your own caseload under supervision.

• You will be responsible for drafting documents, conducting research vetting new cases and liaising with client and professionals.

• You will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills along with strong organisational and time-management skills, and an understanding of compliance issues.

• Hybrid working options are available following a probationary period.

• Salary package includes generous annual leave allowance, bonuses, flexible working and on-site parking
