Salary:Up to circa £26,000 DOE

Hours:Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (flexible working considered)

Their team is nationally recognised for providing outstanding legal support to clients who have suffered serious injury due to medical errors, combining legal excellence with a compassionate, client-first approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their Bristol-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day work on clinical negligence files under supervision.
  • Assist senior fee earners with substantial and complex cases.
  • Support new enquiries and risk assessments.
  • Attend hearings, conferences, and client meetings as required.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, instructions to Counsel, and witness statements.
  • Liaise with clients, experts, barristers, and courts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised digital case records.
  • Monitor case deadlines and timetables.
  • Conduct legal research and summarise findings.
  • Contribute to the teams online presence by preparing articles and sharing posts.
