Job Description:

This full-service Scottish law firm is currently seeking a Senior Lawyer to join its Clinical Defence Team. The position is full-time and can be based in either of the firm’s Glasgow or Edinburgh offices.

You will become part of a leading team that manages complex clinical negligence claims and represents healthcare professionals at Fatal Accident Inquiries (FAI). The ideal candidate will be between the 3-5 years’ PQE level with a strong client-focused approach, and experience in Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedures. An interest in developing advocacy skills is essential.
