Job Opportunity: Clinical Negligence Lawyer

Our client, an award-winning market leader in clinical negligence and personal injury, is seeking a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with up to seven years’ PQE to join its established clinical negligence team in South Manchester.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a caseload of pre- and post-issue clinical negligence cases, including complex matters.
  2. Collaborating with the Head of Department on higher-value catastrophic injury cases, such as birth injuries.
  3. Handling litigated files from inception to completion while providing excellent client service.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or a strong personal injury background.
  • Ability to manage litigated cases effectively.
