Job summary

Leigh Day in London is seeking a newly qualified to 2 PQE solicitor to join the Clinical Negligence team. You will manage your own caseload across a broad range of clinical negligence matters, working alongside experienced practitioners in a leading claimant firm.

The team specialises in maternal health, birth injuries, and other medical claims, with a broad scope including GP negligence, brain injuries, and radiological errors.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified to 2 PQE solicitor with clinical negligence experience.
• Direct experience in clinical negligence.
• Ability to manage own caseload from initial advice through trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload across clinical negligence matters.
• Work alongside experienced practitioners in a claimant practice.
• Demonstrate understanding of calculating losses in Schedule of Loss.
