£46,000 - £48,000 plus company benefits

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a safe, professional, and forward-thinking environment? We are seeking a Clinical Lead Manager to oversee daily operations at our client’s private cosmetic clinic, ensuring safety and client satisfaction are at the core of all activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing within a surgical setting and experience in theatres, whether in recovery, scrub, or anaesthetics. Recent practice is not required, but a history of working in a theatre is essential.

If interested in progressing toward a CQC registered manager role, our client may support this development, making you the responsible individual for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee facilities management, including insurance and maintenance
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with surgeons and medical professionals regarding procedures and requirements
  • Support IT systems and troubleshoot issues as needed

  • Remain flexible to meet the needs of the business
Skills & Experience
