Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a safe, professional, and forward-thinking environment? We are looking for a Clinical Lead Manager to oversee the daily operations of for our client who is a private cosmetic clinic to help them continue to provide treatments with safety and client satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. You will need to have a background in nursing in a surgical setting with either pre-op or pre assessment, clinic nursing, discharge, outpatients – these sort of areas and it would be great to have a theatre background even, but not necessary.
If you would like to grow into a CQC registered manager, my client might be able to support this as well so that you are the responsible individual for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Skills & Experience: Bring strong clinic management experience, IT proficiency, financial skills, and critical problem-solving ability.
Patient/Client Care: Support quality patient care, manage risks, maintain documentation, and promote a safe and welcoming clinic environment.
Clinic Operations: Oversee clinic presentation, business continuity plans, and ensure adherence to company policies and mission.
Financial Management: Manage budgeting, expense tracking, resource use, and contribute to business planning and service development.
Infection Control: Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention protocols and maintain high hygiene standards.
Policy & Protocol Management: Maintain up-to-date policies, conduct audits, and manage health & safety and fire risk compliance.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning, support staff development, and stay informed on clinical advancements.
