IQVIA is looking for a Clinical Equipment Delivery Specialist with exceptional customer service skills.

You will be covering the M4 Corridor area, working within the Sales/Supplier/Logistics team to support the safe delivery of surgical equipment to hospitals. You need to be comfortable navigating hospital settings, identifying the right contacts and departments to ensure the smooth, on-time delivery of medical equipment in line with company standards.

Your responsibilities include organizing logistics to ensure the right kit is in the right place at the right time, working closely with your internal supplier management team and clinical staff at the client site. You will also ensure the accurate completion of paperwork and inventory management systems. Exceptional customer service skills are required to provide high-quality, timely service for each delivery.

This role is ideal for someone seeking a career in medical device sales within a clinical hospital theatre setting and could serve as a stepping stone into sales.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, bonus, and a small company van. A mandatory requirement is a full driving license with no more than six minor points.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Sales Team, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Clinical Theatre Staff to ensure timely delivery of surgical kits.
2. Manage urgent movement of implants and instrument trays between hospitals.
3. Record and reconcile borrowed implants to ensure replenishment and accurate invoicing.
4. Resolve DNA issues and ensure complete loan kits for collection.
5. Assist with kit preparation, sterilization, and packing processes.
6. Support regional SLOB initiatives and assist with out-of-date implant management.
7. Collaborate with S&OP team for inventory audit reconciliations.
8. Aid new business wins by deploying account-conigned inventory.
9. Occasionally provide weekend logistics support.
