Job Description:

IQVIA is looking for a Clinical Equipment Delivery Specialist with exceptional customer service skills.

You will be covering the M4 Corridor area, working within the Sales/Supplier/Logistics team to support the safe delivery of surgical equipment to hospitals. You should be comfortable navigating hospital settings, identifying the right contacts, and ensuring the smooth, on-time delivery of medical equipment in line with company standards.

Your responsibilities include organizing logistics to ensure the right kit is in the right place at the right time, working closely with internal teams and clinical staff, and ensuring accurate paperwork and inventory management. Exceptional customer service skills are essential to provide high-quality, timely service for each delivery.

This role is suitable for someone interested in building a career in medical device sales within a clinical hospital theatre setting, serving as a potential stepping stone into sales.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, bonus, and a small company van. A full driving license with no more than six minor points is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Clinical Theatre Staff for timely surgical kit deliveries.
  • Manage urgent movements of implants and instrument trays between hospitals.
  • Record and reconcile borrowed implants for replenishment and invoicing.
  • Resolve DNA issues and ensure complete loan kits for collection.
  • Assist with kit preparation, sterilization, and packing.
  • Support regional SLOB initiatives and manage out-of-date implant inventories.
  • Collaborate with S&OP team for inventory audits.
  • Deploy account-conigned inventory to support new business wins.
  • Provide occasional weekend logistics support.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong task prioritization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate initiative.
  • Knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes.
  • Understanding of the medical technology industry and orthopaedic market.
