Postgraduate qualification in medical education or leadership.

Provide divisional clinical leadership and oversight for locally employed doctors.
Support induction, supervision, development and role integration within clinical teams.
Lead workforce planning, recruitment and retention efforts for locally employed doctors.
Ensure governance, quality and safety in the locally employed doctor workforce.
Establish engagement mechanisms and clear communication across the division.
Deliver outcomes: improved retention, governance and professional development.
