NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Practitioner to lead operations in the B&D CAMHS Service. The role involves providing clinical leadership, conducting assessments, and ensuring high-quality psychological services for children and adolescents. Candidates should be registered with HCPC or NMC and have proven CAMHS experience.
At NELFT, we are dedicated to continuously improving CAMHS provision across Barking & Dagenham in collaboration with our commissioners, partner agencies, and co-production with our young people and their carers. We’re looking for an experienced professional clinical practitioner registered with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., HCPC, NMC), with proven CAMHS experience and a passion for supporting others and being a team player.

Starting with NELFT
New starters will join on the first Monday of each month, undergoing a comprehensive induction lasting up to two weeks, including mandatory and systems training, equipment allocation, and engagement sessions with the executive team and senior managers. Inductions are held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.
Probationary Period
This post is subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt unless they are currently partway through a probation or are bank staff.
High Cost Area Supplement - London
This role attracts a 15% supplement of the basic salary (minimum £4,551; maximum £5,735 per annum, pro-rata).
