Main duties of the job:
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) service for children, young people, and families in Westminster
- Provide strong clinical and professional leadership to ensure safe, effective, and inclusive care across the service
- Work in partnership with local commissioners to deliver shared objectives and support integrated service delivery
- Collaborate with Early Help teams within Family Hubs to strengthen joined-up support for families
- Support health visiting teams in delivering the Trust\'s Quality Strategy, promoting continuous improvement and best practice
- Work closely with the Safeguarding Named Nurse to ensure robust safeguarding systems are in place and consistently applied
- Champion a culture of compassion, equity, and high standards of care within the team and wider service

Qualifications
- Current NMC registration
- Post-registration training/education/qualification in clinical supervision/safeguarding supervision
Experience
- Demonstrable previous success in leading and delivering change and performance with and through clinical teams
- Proven ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical solutions
- Operational service management experience at a senior level in acute or community settings, including staff and financial management
- Strategic, tactical, and creative thinking with ability to prioritise
- Strong personal and team accountability and understanding of delegated authority
- Collaborative approach to partnership working
- Significant post-registration experience as a Community Specialist
- Broad clinical experience relevant to the post and experience of workforce planning
- Experience of Clinical Audit and Risk Management
Desirable
- Masters or postgraduate qualification in nursing or related field
- Teaching qualification or experience
- Post-registration Management Qualification or willingness to undertake
- Experience, understanding and application of research
