Overview
Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the Public Health Nursing (Health Visiting) service for children, young people, and families in Westminster
Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical and professional leadership to ensure safe, effective, and inclusive care across the service
- Work in partnership with local commissioners to deliver shared objectives and support integrated service delivery
- Collaborate with Early Help teams within Family Hubs to strengthen joined-up support for families
- Support health visiting teams in delivering the Trust's Quality Strategy, promoting continuous improvement and best practice
- Work closely with the Safeguarding Named Nurse to ensure robust safeguarding systems are in place and consistently applied
- Champion a culture of compassion, equity, and high standards of care within the team and wider service
