Vets for Pets Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to step into a Clinical Lead role. You will lead the clinical team, mentor junior colleagues, and help establish new protocols while maintaining high standards of care.

We offer a generous salary up to £80,000 (DOE, FTE), flexible full-time patterns, CPD support, private memberships, a pension scheme, well-being resources, and colleague discounts. Saturdays on a 1 in 4 basis for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day clinical team and guide junior staff.
• Help set new protocols and ensure high clinical standards.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to CPD and ongoing professional development.
• Saturdays: 1 in 4, 9am–1pm for emergencies only.
