We are seeking a Clinical Team Lead with drive, clinical expertise, and leadership skills to empower their team and shape the future of Urgent Community Response across two localities, covering Honiton, Ottery & Cranbrook (HOSM) and Seaton, Axminster & Sidmouth (SAS) clusters.

The Role
As the UCR Clinical Team Lead, you will:

This role involves autonomous working, lone visits, and participation in UCR and management rotas, which may include some ad hoc weekend or bank holiday working. A full driving licence is essential for this post.
The postholder will, in time, be expected to join the Community On-Call rota. This is well-supported by the wider team and occurs infrequently. Cover is required across evenings, weekends and bank holidays, including overnight, with additional remuneration provided and the option of time off in lieu. There are other locations such as Seaton, Honiton, Sidmouth, Axminster and Ottery St Mary.

Working Pattern: Full-time hours across Monday to Friday. Some ad hoc weekend or bank holiday may be required, including participation in the Community On-Call rota. Flexible-working requests will be considered, providing this still allows the needs of the service to be met.
