Job summary

Provide CIC in Chelmsford is seeking an enthusiastic Adult Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join the Urgent Community Response Team (UCRT) as a Band 7 clinical lead. You will deliver rapid, patient-centred care in patients' homes, leading a team to prevent hospital admissions and support safe, effective care in the community.

The role covers 37.5 hours per week with long day shifts (8am-8pm and 10am-10pm) and requires HCPC/NMC registration, senior clinical decision-making, and solid leadership

Qualifications

• Must hold NMC Pin/HCPC registration.
• 3 years experience as a Band 6 or equivalent.
• Managerial experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical leadership within the UCRT.
• Perform clinical duties and nursing procedures.
• Support complex patients at home and prevent hospital admissions.
