Job summary

South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a permanent clinical lead role within Hospital at Home, Urgent Community Response and Homefirst Tees. You will lead the team in your area of responsibility, ensuring safety, quality and excellent patient experience while managing day-to-day nursing/therapy operations.

You will work with the Clinical Matron and General Manager to implement new models of working, drive cost controls, and promote learning, research and innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing/therapy teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Ensure cost controls and budget adherence within your area.
• Support new models of working with Clinical Director for Hospital at Home.
• Foster a culture of excellence, patient engagement and continuous improvement.
• Perform regular audits to safeguard patient safety and care standards.
