Job summary
MSK Physiotherapy Services at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit a full time dynamic and experienced therapist to join our team as Clinical Lead in Hand and wrist therapy.
The post-holder will contribute to the management of a team of out-patient physiotherapy staff and play a key role in shaping out-patient hand and wrist therapy services, in line with latest guidelines. They will provide support and training to the wider physiotherapy team.
We seek an individual who is proactive, well organised and with strong communication and problem-solving skills. CHFT will offer support for training and development as required for this post.
NHS experience and experience of splinting is essential to this role.

Main duties of the jobTo act as the Clinical Lead for the Hand and Wrist Therapy Outpatient service, which includes Trauma and Elective surgical patients.
To advance clinical practice in this area of work and take alead in evolving and embedding best practice.
