Job summary

MUVE Healthcare Group is seeking a Clinical Lead RNLD to provide visible clinical leadership across learning disability services. You will drive person-centred care, professional accountability and governance to ensure safe, high-quality practice.

The role requires substantial post-registration experience, leadership in supervision, and knowledge of safeguarding, MCA, and medicines management. You will work with Registered Managers and clinicians to deliver consistent standards and improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities with current NMC registration.
• Substantial post-registration experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
• Leadership in clinical supervision and practice improvement.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, incidents, medicines management, and quality-action plans.
• Strong understanding of person-centred assessment and health action planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance cycle including audits, action plans and quality reviews.
• Monitor risk assessments, incidents, safeguarding and complaints, with learning actions.
• Support medicines management, prescribing interfaces, storage and administration.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and staff development.
• Collaborate with Registered Managers and operational leaders to maintain standards.
