Key Responsibilities
  • Assess all aspects of clients' care needs; provide health supervision and direct nursing care.
  • Assess social and health care needs of new clients; maintain ongoing assessments and reviews.
  • Ensure client care plans are completed and maintained with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policy.
  • Administer prescribed medicines, documenting in accordance with procedures and NMC guidelines.
  • Practice integrity in dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs, avoiding abuse of trust.
  • Supervise and instruct junior and new staff members, providing guidance as needed.
  • Attend mandatory training days/courses when required.
  • Maintain good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; provide administrative support when needed.
