Job summary

One Health Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Recovery to provide clinical leadership and support the delivery of outstanding post-anaesthetic and post-operative care within our specialist surgical hub. The successful candidate will lead the recovery team, ensuring patients receive safe, effective and evidence-based care following anaesthesia and surgery.

• Registered healthcare professional with significant recovery experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with major orthopaedic and spinal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible clinical leadership within the recovery environment.
• Lead the recovery nursing team and ensure safety culture.
• Oversee post-anaesthetic care following surgery and anaesthesia.
• Support staff education and clinical development.
• Collaborate with anaesthetic, theatre and inpatient teams.
