Job summary

Active Neuro Manchester, part of Active Care Group, is recruiting a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to establish and lead a new specialist neurorehabilitation service. You will provide expert OT assessments, plan rehabilitation, and guide a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑growing clinical setting.

You will also supervise staff, shape clinical pathways, and ensure evidence‑based practice and outcome measurement are embedded in daily care.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and extensive neurological rehabilitation experience are essential.
• Proven track record in leading clinical teams and developing services.
• Strong autonomous working style with ability to manage complex caseloads.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and outcome measurement.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and professional leadership for the OT service.
• Maintain a personal clinical caseload with advanced assessments and treatments.
• Develop clinical pathways, supervise junior staff, and mentor students.
• Collaborate with MDT to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred rehabilitation.
