Un acteur majeur des services cliniques d'orthopédie recherche un leader d'équipe clinique à Exeter. The role holder will lead a clinical team in Exeter in assessing patients in conjunction with other members of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring treatment is provided based on best practice. The role holder will support the Centre Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical, operational, financial, health & safety, environmental, and governance within the centre.
Within the Orthotic department, there are a wide variety of MDTs and extended practice clinics which the role holder will be leading, including but not limited to:
Opcare Exeter is an established prosthetics and orthotics service based in The Exeter Mobility Centre in a purpose-built facility. All staff work closely across departments to ensure a high-quality service is provided to our patients.
Opcare provides inpatient, outpatient, and community orthotic care for a wide variety of patients. There is a complex mix of adult and paediatric patients, providing opportunities to be exposed to interesting and varied caseloads.
Alongside running general, paediatric, external, and in-house clinics, the role leads and supports the day-to-day delivery of orthotic services within the local area. There are opportunities to work across company networks and groups, including 3D manufacturing, scanning, and clinical governance projects.

Job Summary:
The role holder manages the orthotic clinical team in Exeter, assessing and treating a complex range of patients based on current best practice.
Manage the team effectively, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, meeting all timescales and expectations.
Work closely with administration, technical staff, and management to achieve an efficient service.
Ensure clinics are optimized and handle clinical-related queries or complaints directly from patients.
