A leading healthcare provider in Worcester is seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapy clinical leader to inspire and develop therapy practice. The role involves providing clinical leadership, supervising staff, and working within multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care in the community. Occupational Therapy clinical leadership is being strengthened within our Neighbourhood Team and we are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner who will lead to inspire and develop excellent Occupational Therapy practice in the locality.
The postholder will work very closely with all clinicians from the community Neighbourhood Teams and work collaboratively on leadership activities and promoting the delivery of safe care. The role will provide clinical leadership including supervision across Worcester and Droitwich Neighbourhood Teams and you will support with clinical visits and triage alongside your therapy colleagues.
